What Are We Hearing?

Most of us have a TV. Or at least a computer with innternet service.
Some of us even listen to the radio on our way to and from whatever we are doing.
How much of what we are hearing do we buy into?
Really, even if we aren't consciously listening, some of this crap is still being force fed to us.

All this negative stuff about the economy, housing market, banks folding, The Recession!!
The new term is (Negative economic flow) or something like that, just call it what it is, we are in a depression.

I don't believe I'm shocking anyone here, however; do we really want it to be sugar coated?

Things have changed people.
Times have changed.
All of you have noticed that there is a momentum of great changes occurring at a rather rapid rate of speed.

Energy has speeded up.

We can't get the truth from the nightly news, because they do not understand
this is not just economics, this is a (changing of the world)...
.

I don't believe, that the people sitting here today are fooled. We know that great changes are taking place. We also know that this is not a bad thing!

It's not about your bank account.
That is all an illusion we created a long time ago. This is about us remembering.

Remembering who we really are and knowing that we are at all times lavishly provided for.

Now, in these times, we are being asked to embrace one another and share our vast resources.

Share our talents, our ideas, our gifts and strengths. Share our supplies and knowledge.

Individuals may parish, but communities survive.

You have all heard the story in one form or another about the breaking of one twig. The breaking of two twigs, but when several twigs were bundled together they were unbreakable!!!

We are a community of strength, ideas, talents and knowledge.

The news is not OUR personal reality, although many among us have suffered some of the consequences, we have also reaped some of the many side benefits.
Support from a loving none judgmental group.

We hold the higher consciousness for others when they are challenged. We hold for each other the truth of what is real and who we really are.

We remember the truth for those who are faced with personal loss or financial devastation.
The group holds the truth, we hold the place for each other when the illusion is so overwhelming and so encompassing that the way is lost and incomprehensible.

Loss of security, finances, loved ones. These are devastating blows.

It is so difficult during these times to realize the illusion of form.
I don't believe we can.
That is why it takes a community to realize it for us.

To have empathy, say prayers, deliver us from fear, guilt and sorrow.

Each of us is gifted by spirit to uniquely provide a certain social function.

Alone, We are alone.

Together, we are an amazing machine, each providing just the right tool, gift and insight.

We are not alone!

I’m going to ask you to do something uncomfortable now.

Hold hands now with your neighbor, look at them, in the eyes, and know the truth of who they are.
Look into the eyes of someone next to you and see them as you see yourself.

I have a serious problem with us all being caught up in some illusion.
Alone.

My God, didn't we all agree to come here into the world of form to experience everything fully?

These are our experiences people!

Do not judge them.

Our fear, our pain, our loss, all of this is the disconnect form source that we came here to experience.

It would suck.

Except for the fact that God gave us each other.

There is no mistake that we are NOT here alone.

(Maybe we are suppose to learn to connect with people first, and then we will KNOW God.)

Together we bring each other through.
There is no hurdle we can not climb as one, together we are strong.

Let no one among us goes hungry, or without support, or assistance.
As we give we receive.

Share our gifts, talents, wisdom and resources.

Here in this amazing group no ones talents need be wasted or unused.
Everyone has something to give and to receive.

We keep the flow of the universe constant.

Provide, receive, give thanks, and so it is and always has been, Amen

What Will People Think?

A friend of mine, here in Florida, has told many friends and family members about me. What we do, where we go, what wonderful conversations we have, but has never told them who I am or what I do.

Out of curiosity one day I asked why this was. “Why didn’t you tell her I was a minister?” the answer shocked me. “She would think I lost my mind and got religion.”

Another friend was afraid to mention that I was a psychic reader; she claimed that the Catholic situation she had come from would not support her relationship with a psychic.

What I found so interesting is the fact that people, even people I am extremely close to, are very much invested in what other people think.

How much of ourselves do we hide from others because we are concerned about their opinion?

Why is their opinion more important than ours?

Is there anyone on this planet that has the authority to decide for us what is right?

Didn’t God, “the divine creator of all” give each of us the ability to discern what is right and true for each of us individually?

Our ego’s desire connection with a certain group or philosophy. But our "Higher Selves" know we do not need it.

There is a (God Compass) within each of us. You know that, you feel it. It is not your parents, your friends or your Minister that determines who and what is right for you, it is your soul, your gut, or innate ability to determine and know what is right for you. This is your inner guidance system, and no one is without it, not your pet, the wild animals around you, or the mentally and physically disabled individuals you encounter, this is everyone and every creature’s gift.

For many years I cared for mentally and physically disabled persons 24 hours a day. I did not feel sorry for them or feel they were less than. Each of them had the amazing gift of intuition! They always knew who to trust. They believed in the goodness of people and of life. They freely gave of their love, and freely received, without ever giving a single thought to what other people thought.

Wow.

To simply be.

To be free of the pressure of other’s opinions!

To love, and be loved, without fear.

Innocence.

When did we become so jaded?

We should look into the eyes of our neighbors and see love, and see ourselves, and feel whole.

Several of my friends are Gay, Black and Korean. I don’t consider this persona, only the person. It is mentioned this because I feel this needs to be addressed. We are all part of the same energy, we are all a part of the same source.
It is not religion, race, philosophy, social standing, region or politics that’s divides us, it is fear!!

Fear of what other people think. Will we be accepted? Will we be chastised?
How will this affect my income, my family, my prestige?

How will I benefit or lose?

What’s in it for me?

How much is the cost of love?

It’s true that there is a price tag. Everything has one, you know that. Karma or instant gratification.

If we allow our ego’s to make our life choices, than we not only miss our soul’s journey, we create a Karmic debt.

Think about it, we are all different, we are all one, and we each bring something unique and wonderful to the table!!!

I don’t believe I’m shocking anyone here. Do we really want it to be sugar coated by calling it a (negative economic flow)? Please don’t insult the intelligence of the population, we are living in this time period, we are certainly aware of what is happening economically.

Things have changed people.
Times have changed.
All of you have noticed that there is a momentum of great changes occurring at a rapid rate of speed.

Energy is speeding up.
The earth's PULSE (vibration) has increased from the 7.6 per second that was the steady norm for over a century to 9.4 per second in 1986. It is at around 11 per second now and this sacred circuit to which all things resonate is expected to increase to 13 pulses per second by Dec. 21st 2012. This is science, not politics or religion.

We can’t get the truth from the nightly news, because they do not understand that this is not economics, this is a changing of the world….

People sitting here today, or reading this today, are not fooled. We know that great changes are taking place. Change is not always comfortable! Yet it is necessary and inevitable.

It’s not about your bank account!

That is an illusion we created a long time ago.
This is about us remembering.

Remembering who we really are!
Knowing that we are at all times lavishly provided for.

Now, in these times, we are being asked to embrace each other and share our vast resources.

Share our talents, ideas, gifts and strengths.
Share our supplies and knowledge.
Yes SHARE.

Right now when many people are being driven by fear and compelled to steal, cheat and hoard their goods, gifts and supplies, we are being called upon to unite and share. The choice is ours.

Individuals parish, communities survive.

You have all heard this story in one form or another about the breaking of one twig, the breaking of two twigs; but, when several twigs are bundled together they are strong and unbreakable.

We are that bundle of twigs. A community of love, resources, talents and knowledge, that when combined, makes the whole. No one of us is whole unto ourselves, as we are all part of the one creator, and part of each other.

Just as the brain does not walk or talk, we do not walk or talk without the brain.

The News is not our personal reality, although many of us have suffered consequences from current global and local events, those reading and listening now have also felt the great blessings of support from a non judgmental, loving community.

We hold the higher consciousness for our brothers and sisters when they face challenges.

We hold for each other the truth of what is real and who we really are.

We remember when others are faced with personal loss, or financial devastation. We are all one. We are all created from the same energy.

We hold the truth.
We hold the place for each other when the illusion is so overwhelming and so encompassing that the way is lost and incomprehensible.

Loss of security, loved ones, finances, these are devastating blows.

During these times it is so difficult to realize the illusion of form.
I don’t believe we can, not on our own

Hold a friends hands and feel their energy.
Look into someone’s eyes and see yourself.

I have a serious problem with the theory that we are all alone caught up in our own illusions, only if we choose to be!

My God, didn’t we all come here to the world of form to experience things fully?
Are not some of those experiences to bring us together, to feel compassion, to become one?

These are the experiences we choose, let’s not judge them.

Our fear, our pain, our loss, all of this is the disconnect from source that we came here to experience. Sometimes it sucks!!

If it wasn’t for the fact, that God gave us each other, how could we possibly navigate our way through to the truth?

There is no mistake that we are not alone. We were never meant to be alone.

Maybe we are supposed to learn to connect to people first, for only there, and only then, can we find God.

Together we bring each other through these difficult times. There are no hurdle we can not overcome.

No one among us goes hungry, lost or lonely, we support, we assist, we give and we receive.

Here in this amazing group of Gods creation, no one's needs should go unmeant, nor a talent wasted or unused.

Everyone has something to give and to gain.

We keep the flow of the universe constant.

Who Are You?

Many years ago I was attending a workshop up in New York and I was given a piece of paper and asked to write ten things describing who I was.

Wow. Well I was a Real Estate agent at the time so I wrote, Realtor.
Then I wrote mother.
Then I put down Wife.

I stared at the paper mortified, I couldn't come up with another thing, and I wanted to look at other peoples papers. My God, some people were still writing!

I was actually in a panic.
Who am I?
I had never really thought about it before and suddenly I was faced with what I felt at the time was a very profound question.

My job, being a mother, a wife, these are just labels, this is not who you are.

I realized I was none of these things. All of those labels are fleeting and inconstant.

The only constant, the only truth is that I am an amazing child of the universe. I am spirit. I was loved into existence.

I am a beloved child of God! WOW!

Society puts titles on us. I know I am guilty of being caught up in this crazy illusion.

The president, the policeman, the doctor. All of these titles have made me feel less than. These people must matter more than me, they have such great titles.

Oh, but they all cry, they all hurt they all want the same things I want, Love, joy, peace and security.

How grateful am I that I do not have to live up to some Title!

But it was never the president, or Bill Gates, who showed up in my life as an angle. Many ordinary people have played that role in my life, for brief moment, many times.

Why, because we are all divine spirit.
We are all made from the same creative energy.

At some time or another, we have all played the role of angle to our sister or brother in spirit, we didn’t realize it at the time, because our ego was not present for the event, we gave purely from the divine spirit within that is always connected to source. We gave without thought of receiving anything in return; we loved, because that is our true nature.

We were given the right words at the right time, from spirit.

We knew to give a hug, bless them, and allow them to be.

Of course I don’t play the role of angle that often.

Just a few days ago a young women ran the intersection and came within inches of ramming my car. In less than a second I was filled with adrenaline and fear. So naturally I yelled a little prayer out the window at her, JESUS CHRIST. And went on my way.

Immediately I started thinking, shouldn’t I be better than that?
Shouldn’t I be better than that?

The VOICES were holding court. The last two Sundays our center the talks concerned the voices, and now I was Busy with them.

I pulled into a gas station parking lot to better observe the conversation.
Shouldn’t I know enough to not react like that?

Well, I don’t know, probably, but none the less that reaction occurred.
Then I found myself smiling at my misconduct.
I was utterly amused at my humanness.

I t bought to mind a Louise Hayes movie I viewed a year ago at What You Love To Do.
I remember the general content of it but one thing in it always resonated with me “ I forgive and I am free”. I really loved that.

So I shut up the judging panel in my head and forgave myself. It was never the other driver that needed my forgiveness, only I needed my forgiveness. So I cheerfully granted it.

I am here to remember Who I Am, and to Forgive Who I am not.
Forgiveness is my greatest power.

No one ever takes anything from me unless I give it to them.

Who am I? I am God expressing itself as Debbie, and that’s pretty cool.

Then I thought how damn lucky I am to be a child of the Great Spirit, expressing and experiencing on this amazing planet.

I am experiencing the incredible gift of emotion.
Love, hate, fear, resentment, joy….

Connecting and inner acting with the spirit in others, and the ego in both.

Everyday a new connection, a variety of emotions, a different experience.

Who am I?

I am an ever evolving, ever changing, expression of the great creator, God.

Busting the Illusion

There is a lot of talk being thrown around about how everything is just an illusion we create. Certainly i agree with this on one level, however; I feel the the subject needs some clarification.

If you create your own reality, and everything is illusion, then WHO are "WE"?
Is everyone in your life a figment of your imagination?
Do you, in your illusion, have no responsibility toward those you encounter?

This concept that nothing is real, that everything is perception, is, in itself a deception.

It is my belief that in the beginning there was a creative energy which, from itself, all things were created. Everything is of "God" or The Great Creator of the Universe.
We are here to experience the illusion of form. Yet we are all part of this same energy.

Why are we attracted to some people and repulsed by others? The frequency we are vibrating at naturally resonates with like frequencies. Higher frequencies will find Harmony with similar vibrations, while they will be incompatible with a lower frequency.

Although we are ultimately creating our own reality, many of us are experiencing the same hologram. Some entire countries are experiencing the same hologram.
Why? Because of our connection to the collective consciousness.

If, say, the ocean is the creative energy, and the waves are energy frequencies, you can begin to see how we are not all illusions, but part of the whole.
Waves travel to separate shores, in differing intensities throughout the world.
Yet, each wave carries with it billions of droplets of water. Many of these droplets are caught up in the overpowering momentum, essentially going along for the ride with billions of other droplets. Thus, the "collective consciousness".

This may seem as though we are completely at the whim of the ocean, with little control over our destiny. To this point I would ask, how does one drop of water fare upon the shore?

We are all connected.
We are of God.
Yet we choose, and this is the important point, we choose which wave to ride!

You do have a responsibility to those within "YOUR ILLUSION". Together you voyage to distant shores, alone you evaporate and parish.

We Think this illusion into exsistence. This is how powerful your thoughts are.

However, most of us have been domesticated from birth and need to unlearn our belief systems.

The study of biomechanics reveals that the brain isn't even capable of distinguishing the difference between reality and memory!!

All of us suffered certain atrocities, or at least fictional stories, when we were children. We learned how to behave in accordance to the societal system that was in place at the time.

Our teachers, parents, coaches, family and friends all adhered to this basic system. We never got a vote.

The truth is that you are what you believe.

Your experiences are based on your level of consciousness.

You are always creating your reality, either unconsciously or consciously. So I implore you to pay attention to your thoughts, and your beliefs. They may be false.

If you are always thinking that you never get a fair break, you never will.
If you are always thinking that life is good, and good things happen for you, they will.

This is so important.
This is the law of the universe.

Are You Worried?

Right now, at this very moment, in this space, You have everything You need.

Really! Right now you are completely okay.

In this present moment, there are no bills to pay, no deadlines to meet, no errands to run, nothing needs to be done, and there are no needs.

At this very second, everything is perfect! It's when you look ahead that things get overwhelming and out of reach.

You can only live in This moment. The past does not exsist, the future does not exsist, now is all there is.

Right now, what do you need?

I mean, right this second. Nothing.

You have everything you need in this NOW moment. If you stay in the present moment all of your needs are always met.

Your needs will never be met in some future projection or by reliving the past.

Life is made up of moments. Be present in those moments.

The Power Of Presence

Wherever you go, whatever you do, whoever you encounter, your presence has power. Your very presence changes the energy in any area you inhabit.

If you have ever experienced coming into a room immediately following a heated argument, even though you were not there during it, you could feel the tension in the air. We give off energy frequencies every moment of every day. I could discuss with you subtle interactions you have with the natural world, but for now I’d like to focus on the power you possess over the human condition.

An energy exchange takes place anytime you occupy space with another human soul. You influence the people around you by example, however it’s more than example its the very energy you emit. For instance, have you ever noticed that when you are around negative aggressive people, if your energy remains calm, nonjudgmental and positive, at some point their energy is diffused. An observant, nonjudgmental, loving state of calm is a VERY POWERFUL thing. When you meet a person, soul to soul, aware of the truth of who they REALLY are, the ego slips away revealing the divine spirit within. Anytime you react to someone’s hostility, you feed it. You allow your false self (the ego) to gain control. Only egos engage in conflict.

The true self, the spirit or soul, is unaffected by circumstances, has no opinions, and makes no judgments. Situations come and go like clouds, yet the soul remains unchanged; it is always perfect, whole and complete. You are responsible, as an awakened aware presence, to vigilantly watch for the interference of the ego.

Ask, “Why am I engaging in this conflict?"

Usually it is the ego’s need to be right, to be acknowledged, to be validated. People are asleep. They don’t understand that they are divine spirit. You do.

Be the unbiased observer. Be love. Be calm and steadfast in the knowledge that everything and everyone is God. God is all there is. God is constantly expressing and experiencing through everything and everyone. The creative force, ever expanding, energy in eternal motion. Be present.

There is no right or wrong, evil or good, only consequences. You are the creator of all your experiences. Your calm and loving presence has a profound effect on the people around you. Aggression begets aggression, love begets love. Everything you give your thoughts and energy to always creates more of the same.

You can not create abundance out of worry and fear of financial defeat. Be grateful for all that you have now, gratitude is the most powerful catalyst for abundance. Love what you have, give thanks and the universe will respond. It has to; it is the law.

Your thoughts are things, and if you are grateful for all the blessings in your life, the universe will bless you again and again.
